In 2012 Karen spent a season working in London and Rome, in 2013 Karen studied Fashion Marketing and Communication in Barcelona, it is in this city she began her career as a celebrity and model manager, leading to her collaborating with the best magazines as a fashion stylist, and gaining first hand experience and forging relationships in the highest level of Spanish fashion.
In 2017 Karen moved to Milan, where she shortly continued to manage talents for a modelling agency before transitioning into fashion and brand consulting, this change allowed her to begin collaborating with some of the biggest names in the fashion and the luxury industry, the experience gained includes launching different types of start-ups, leading to vast knowledge in brand creation and development.
The experience in consulting and privileged knowledge of the sector, brought forward the idea of helping fashion and luxury brands achieve their goals, creating stylish and effective digital communication level, in terms of their core business or marketing projects, this led to the decision to create her own agency, Karen Nicole Katz, in September 2022
